Subj: A long over due thanks Bob - You probably don't remember the event, but I've been meaning to thank you for the courtesy that you showed me and my family last Memorial Day weekend when my mother-in-law's car finally broke down. You and your employees went out of your employees went through extraordinary efforts to make sure that our breakdown at Long Hill was only a glitch in our holiday plans. My daughter, who was really looking forward to getting to grandma's house, was especially aappreciative of you finding us a rental car in order to continue the trip. And I appreciate your smoothly handling in disposing of that old boat/car with the blown gaskets. My apologies again for the delay in writing.
