NAPA Auto Parts July 25, 1996 It is with great pride that we at Chatham NAPA nominate Robert "Bob" Arlotta as NAPA's ASE technician of the year. Out of all of our customers, including Autocare centers, Bob is not only our most qualified, but most deserving of this honor. The manner in which Bob conducts himself, as well as hie business is a model to everybody in the automotive repair field, as well as a credit to the Autocare program. Bob is the owner and operator of Long Hill Auto Service which he opened in 1985. He maintains a state-of-the-art shop with all of the latest top of the line computerized equipment and an extensive NAPA inventory. His technicians are all ASE certified, Bob himself is a master technician also certified inthe advanced level. Local dealerships and repair facilities rely on Long Hill Auto Service to fix automobiles they have been unable to repair. He is a member of the Vehicle Maintenance Board along with representatives from Moog and Perfect Circle, etc., who value and teach vehicle maintenance. Bob treats each and everyone of his customers as if they were his most important. His shop opens by 7:30 a.m. to accomodate the early morning customers, and rarely does it close prior to 8:00 p.m. Everybody in the community knows that they can always count on Bob. He does not mind working in the evenings if he can be of help to someone in need. Bob's dedication, his commitment to customer satisfaction, his hands-on approach and quality workmanship are the reasons that Long Hill Auto Service is always busy, even during these unstable economic times. Bob is one of the founding father of our Autocare group. He takes an active role in all of our advertising campaigns. One of his major achievements was his leadership int he organization of the "Chatham Autocare" inaugural car show held in June. Each and every car leaves Long Hill Auto Service with a copy of the Peace of Mind Warranty, a Drivetime and a Customer Satisfaction Index card. All the tools made available to Bob by the Autocare program are used successfully. He shoudl be a modle to all current and future Autocare centers. Robert "Bob" Arlotta deserves to be chosen as NAPA's ASE technician of the year. His commitment to NAPA... his involvement wih the Autocare program, coupled with being an ASE master technician makes Bob Arlotta the best possible candidate for this honor. Sincerely, Paul Bodnar
