been coming to you since 1992; I feel that I must tell as
many people as I possibly can about how good you take care
of your customers! Through the years we have brought many a
different car to you. Whether it was our antique Desoto,
BMW or my current F-150; our expectations have always been
greatly exceeded...

Bob,
I checked my old Ford invoices and you were right, they only
charged me for 9 quarts of oil when they changed it. I'm
inclined to think ten quarts of oil should be changed.
... The work your
shop did was far better than the work that was done at Ford by
a the "Ford certified GT technician".
But, who would expect less from a repair
shop that has a Ford F-350 pick up truck that's cleaner inside
than a Ford GT.
